Established on November 18,1994, Orient
International (Holding) Co., Ltd. Is a large comprehensive trading
group under the administration of Shanghai State-owned Assets
Supervision and Administration Committee. It has been one of the Top
500 Largest Chinese Import & Export Enterprises, Top 500 Chinese
Business Groups, and Top 100 Shanghai Business Groups for many
years.
The core business of the Company covers the areas of trade of goods,
modern logistics and relevant investment and services, etc. Since
its establishment, it has accomplished accumulative international
import and export revenue of 60 billion US dollars. During the 11th
Five-Year period, the annual import and export revenue of the
Company reached 4.4 billion US dollars, with annual sea container
shipping volume of 650,000 TEU and annual air shipments volume of
130,000 tons. The average annual revenue from the core business was
RMB 24.4 billion. The Company successfully achieved target of value
preservation and appreciation for state-owned assets each year.
Orient International Holding now has registered capital of RMB 800
millions, total assets of about RMB 12 billion, and net assets of
about RMB 5 billion. It has over 110 wholly-owned and share
controlled subsidiaries, including one public company. The Company
has established over 20 overseas organizations in major countries
and regions, such as U.S.A., European Union, Japan and Africa, etc.
The Company has set up its development direction: the trade of goods

supply chain management, and cross-border operations shall be
